1. No Refund After Installation or Use
All products sold by IK Technology are non-refundable once:

The product has been installed

The product has been used

The product seal has been opened after installation
Due to the technical nature of CCTV and security products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for installed or used products.
2. Refund Only in Case of Defective Product
Refund or replacement will be applicable only if:

The product is found defective or damaged at the time of delivery

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

Proper unboxing video is provided
The unboxing video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening

Show the complete unboxing process

Clearly display the defect or damage
Without proper video proof, refund or replacement request will not be accepted.
3. 7-Day Return Policy
Customers must:

Inform us within 7 days of receiving the product

Return the product in original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and invoice
If the product is received after 7 days, the return request will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
After receiving the returned product:

Our technical team will inspect the product

If the defect is confirmed, refund or replacement will be processed

If no defect is found, the product will be returned back to the customer
5. Refund Process
If approved:

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refund will be made to the original payment method
